DAMAGE FROM FLOODING FROM THE LEBANON HANOVER AREA IN GRAFTON 
COUNTY...SOUTHWARD TO PLAINFIELD AND CORNISH IN SULLIVAN COUNTY.  IF 
YOU MUST DRIVE TONIGHT USE CAUTION AND DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED
