* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD FLOW IS 35000 CFS.
* THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
EARLY AFTERNOON.
