* AT 1117 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SRVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAINFALL MOVING ACROSS THE NORTHERN 
HALF OF SULLIVAN COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR 
ARE LIKELY. THIS WILL CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING ISSUES THROUGH 1 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

A FLOOD ADVISORY MEANS RIVER OR STREAM FLOWS ARE ELEVATED OR PONDING
OF WATER IN URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
