  NORTHERN MAINE AND SOUTHEAST MAINE...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING 
  AREAS...IN EAST CENTRAL MAINE...CENTRAL PENOBSCOT...NORTHERN 
  PENOBSCOT AND SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT. IN NORTH CENTRAL MAINE... 
  CENTRAL PISCATAQUIS AND SOUTHERN PISCATAQUIS. IN NORTHERN 
  MAINE...SOUTHEAST AROOSTOOK. IN SOUTHEAST MAINE...CENTRAL 
  WASHINGTON...COASTAL HANCOCK...COASTAL WASHINGTON...INTERIOR 
  HANCOCK AND NORTHERN WASHINGTON. 

* UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING

* HEAVY RAIN ACROSS CENTRAL AND DOWNEAST MAINE HAS GIVEN OVER 2.5
  INCHES OF RAIN TO SOME AREAS. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL OCCURRED IN
  SOUTHERN PISCATAQUIS...NORTH CENTRAL PENOBSCOT...CENTRAL AND
  EASTERN HANCOCK AND CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES.
  RAIN IS EXPECTED TO TAPER OFF TO SHOWERS THIS EVENING BUT
  SIGNIFICANT RISES OF STREAMS AND CREAKS MAY CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.

* FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS...LOW LYING AREAS...AND AREAS 
  OF POOR DRAINAGE IS POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
