DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL HIGH OF 24.8 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE LOW 
WAS 21.0 DEGREES, WHICH IS 7.8 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL LOW OF 
13.2 DEGREES.
