PALMER, WASILLA, SUTTON, AND CHICKALOON

...ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING
IN THE MATANUSKA VALLEY, AND ALONG THE CHUGACH MOUNTAINS OF 
ANCHORAGE...

CONDITIONS ARE FAVORABLE FOR THUNDERSTORMS IN SOME OF THE SAME 
AREAS AS YESTERDAY, EXTENDING FROM THE MATANUSKA VALLEY SOUTHWARD
ALONG THE FRONT RANGE OF THE CHUGACH MOUNTAINS IN ANCHORAGE. THE 
PRIME PERIOD FOR STORMS WILL BE BETWEEN 3PM AND 9PM ON TUESDAY. 
THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE FREQUENT LIGHTNING, SMALL HAIL, HEAVY 
RAIN, AND GUSTY WINDS. THE STORMS WILL BE SLOW MOVING, WITH 
POTENTIAL FOR HALF AN INCH OR MORE OF RAIN. THUS, LOCALIZED URBAN 
STREET FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE.
