LOCATIONS THROUGH NOVEMBER 3RD. THE RECURRENCE INTERNAL OF MANY OF
THESE VALUES RANGE FROM A 1 IN 25 YEAR RECORD TO A 1 IN 1,000 
YEAR RECORD EVENT. THE RAINFALL FROM PORTAGE LAKE VISITOR CENTER
